Partner-level advisory. No handoffs.
Neon Clarity is a boutique cybersecurity, privacy, and AI governance advisory firm. We started it because we were tired of watching good companies get handed off, junior-staffed, and talked down to by firms that should have known better. Here, the person who understands your business is the person advising you through the hard decisions, from the first conversation to the last.
We built the firm we wanted to hire.
Neon Clarity was founded by cybersecurity and privacy practitioners who spent years building and leading programs at scale. Somewhere along the way, we got tired of watching good organizations get let down by advisory firms built around utilization, not outcomes.
So we built something different, around three convictions we still hold. The person who shapes your recommendation should be the same person accountable for delivering it, not someone who hands you off once the contract is signed. Your business, your constraints, and your actual risk should determine the answer, not whichever framework we happen to favor. And whatever we deliver should translate real technical depth into a decision your leadership can defend and your team can execute, not another document built to look good in a drawer.
Clients should never have to trade depth for direct access.
Good advisory should change the quality of the decision.
A longer report isn't a better answer, and we've never believed otherwise. Our job is to make the risk, the tradeoff, and the next move genuinely clear, not just thoroughly documented.
Clarity over theater.
Fear creates urgency, but it rarely creates good judgment. We'd rather tell you what actually matters, what doesn't, and why, even when that's a shorter conversation than you expected to have.
Context before frameworks.
Standards are useful tools. They are not a substitute for actually understanding your business, your obligations, your architecture, and how much risk you can genuinely carry.
Compliance should prove the program.
A certificate can get you through the door. What keeps your business standing once real scrutiny arrives is the operating discipline behind it, and that's the part we actually build.
The truth should come with a path forward.
We will tell you the thing you don't want to hear. Then we will help you turn it into a sequenced plan your team can actually execute, because a hard truth without a next step doesn't help anyone.
Boutique is an accountability model.
It means fewer layers between your question and the person qualified to answer it. It means the advisor in the room understands the work, because they are the ones doing it.
The factory model
- The partner sells the deal. An associate you've never met delivers it.
- Your engagement gets staffed by who's on the bench, not who's the best fit.
- A methodology built to scale across a thousand clients, applied to yours.
- Every question routes through someone before it reaches someone who can answer it.
- Privacy and AI show up as line items bolted onto a security practice built years earlier.
The Neon Clarity model
- The person on your first call is the person doing the work six months later.
- One team, the same context, from the first conversation to the last deliverable.
- A recommendation built for your risk tolerance and your budget, not a template's.
- You call us directly. No account manager relay, no ticket queue.
- Security, privacy, and AI governance, built as one discipline from day one.
The work has to hold up after we leave the room.
Start with the business.
We learn the pressure, constraints, incentives, and objectives before deciding what good looks like.
Make depth usable.
Technical teams get precision. Executives and boards get the business meaning without losing the technical truth.
Build for scrutiny.
Decisions, evidence, and risk acceptance should withstand customers, auditors, regulators, and board questions.
Respect reality.
Roadmaps account for budget, capacity, timing, competing priorities, and the fact that your team has a business to run.
Breadth where it supports depth.
Our perspective comes from building programs, guiding audits, navigating incidents, and defending decisions under real scrutiny, not from advising on the sidelines.
